Our Parcel and Express Post Satchels are compostable, and your order will be wrapped in recyclable brown paper.

We are proud to send parcels via Australia Post as the processing and shipping of the parcel is carbon neutral. Australia Post calculate how much carbon is used when they process, ship and deliver our parcels using trains, planes and trucks.

This calculation is verified as part of the Climate Active program, which provides guidance on measuring, reducing, offsetting and reporting emissions that occur as a result of our operations.

To balance the emissions footprint and to help Australia Post achieve carbon neutrality, they buy carbon credits through a partnership with Qantas Future Planet. The number of credits purchased matches the calculated emissions for the deliveries provided by customers

Rolls of Fabric – Couriers Please

Orders that tally up to more than 5kg in weight will automatically be assigned to the courier shipping option, using our default carrier Couriers Please. These orders will be rolled onto a cardboard core and wrapped securely in tough weather proof courier wrap.

In the event that you have placed a large order and would prefer not to use courier delivery, please leave us a note in the check out and we will arrange to separate and fold your order into a satchel/s for delivery via Australia Post. Depending on your location and the size of your order there may be additional shipping charges, in which case we will contact you. If a partial refund of shipping charges is due then we will process this and send out your order as per usual.

Courier companies supply their services to regional parts of Australia by transferring packages to regional agents which can add up to a week onto delivery time. If this is you, we will be in touch about alternative couriers – usually TNT Express or Startrack, please note however there may be additional shipping charges for these services. Often the most efficient and reliable way for us to ship your order is to split it into satchels and send it via Express Post.

Packing boxes for print and make

As the order size of our Print and Make service varies a lot from customer to customer we will invoice for shipping once the order is complete and the balance is due.

If you require a quote for shipping we will do our best to provide an estimate, however please be aware that the actual price for shipping may be a little more or less than quoted once we know the exact weights and dimensions of your order. Please let us know your shipping preferences when you place your order.

For our customers that are far, far, far away

For remote area postage Australia Post is preferable. If your order offers the option to select Australia post then that is the recommended option for price, timing, and reliability.

If you have a large order on a roll of fabric you will be required to select courier.

Often courier shipping to remote areas is prohibitively slow and can be expensive.

We will contact you if we have concerns regarding shipping location to discuss an alternative which is usually to fold large orders into multiple post satchels or use an alternative courier service. Additional charges or refunds may apply.

For New Zealand Customers

When ordering from New Zealand you will need to input our address listed below as your shipping address, select ‘local pick up’ as your shipping option and tell us in the notes how you would like your order shipped – either by parcel/express post (folded into a satchel) or courier (on a roll).

When your order is complete, we will send you an invoice for shipping and once payment has been confirmed we will dispatch your order.
