As Victoria moves to stage four restrictions Next State will be making important changes to our business operations. As the situation is constantly evolving, we may need to adapt and make changes to our work practice, so please check back in for any updates.
We are in full support of the measures required of us to be compliant under government regulations to stop the spread of COVID-19.
- We will, at this stage, remain Open.
- As a web-based business, we will shift our local pickup option to a click and collect, contactless collection between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- We are currently producing printed fabric for the use as cloth masks for our customers.
- We are further using our manufacturing arm of the business in the production of printing and sewing cloth masks.
- If the printing works you are engaging us to do is for the purpose of cloth masks, please make us aware of that by including the word “mask” in your file name so we can prioritise your work.
- We will be implementing a COVID Safe Plan and an increased focus on internal hygiene practices.
- As required under Stage four our focus as a print and textile company is to prioritise all work related to the production of PPE and cloth masks.
- If you have other printing requirements, you may experience delays in the shipment of your products.
- The impact of reduced staff means that our lead times will potentially increase, we may be slower than usual to respond to emails, and the phone may ring out if you try and call us.
- Your patience and understanding of the situation is greatly appreciated. We will be working to deliver the best and most efficient outcome for all our customers.
- Orders placed are produced on demand and as such we cannot offer refunds for prints once the order is placed. In a situation where further lockdown is implemented, we will offer a credit for any orders if they are no longer required.
- We are proud of how many of our customers are supporting the effort to curb the spread of COVID-19 by producing cloth masks. Keep up the good, hard work.
