Polyester Satin looks lovely and is a very durable fabric, easy to care for and perfect for a lifelong garment. The drape of satin and the drama of the surface sheen makes satin perfect for garments, dresses, tops, accessories and is often used as art wall hangings.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The lustre of a satin fabric is created by the surface weave. This satin has a beautiful drape and is woven using fine yarns, for a smooth surface. The surface sheen adds extra dimension to fabric colour in the way it reflects light. Our Satin has a warm white base colour and a stunning print result.
Being lightweight Satin can move around in the printing process and can impact a design that is linear if it shifts off the grain. This can occur in the printing of Satin and is worth consideration in print design.
Each roll of fabric can have subtle variation in appearance and print translation.
CARE
Cold delicate machine or hand wash, turn inside out to protect print. Recommend using a laundry bag in a washing machine. Line dry in shade or flat. Cool tumble dry. Do not iron, light steaming can be used to remove creases. Dry Cleanable.

Shrinkage can occur at less than 2% on the warp and weft of the fabric.
