Mechano is our versatile fabric that works excellent in fashion garments, scrubs, uniforms and costumes. Adorn your table with this durable textile as a tablecloth and napkins for your next event. Make a banner for your brand, display your artwork for exhibition. Low crease, mechanical stretch as part of the weave, lovely drape.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Mechano is square weave textile that has a four way and bias mechanical stretch. The stretch comes from the weave structure. The fabric has a soft hand feel and a beautiful drape. The mid weight fabric makes it a super comfortable option to wear and easy to sew with. The micro squares in the structure provides an openness to the weave, which allows it to breath.
This fabric is certified to Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX
CARE
Warm/hot delicate machine wash with like textiles, turn inside out to protect print. Do not soak, wring or bleach. Line dry in shade or flat. Iron on reverse on low cotton setting, can use steam.
Our care instructions are a general recommendation, depending on your print and product you may need to carry out your own testing.
Mechano can shrink up to 2% on the warp and weft of the fabric.
