In these unprecedented times we are prouder than ever to be working as a local manufacturer, employing local workers and working in amongst local supply chains. It is an honour to be a part of this design community and we intend to be here for our customers and friends to support them as they have us.
Business Operations
At present we are operating as normal and are open for orders to be placed and printed. We are a small team in a large factory and are able to exercise social distancing and adjust the way we work to accommodate the everyday business activities.
We are closely monitoring advice from the Australian Government & World Health Organisation to ensure we operate in a safe and responsible manner, and will take necessary action if required.
Collections
We are open for collections as it can be done in accordance with safe distancing. We are not taking payments on collection of orders and ask that invoices are paid in advance.
Shipping
Our courier and post services are operating as normal.
Hygiene Practices
The health of our staff, customers and community remains our top priority.
We have increased our cleaning practices and are regularly disinfecting our offices, print room and warehouse.
Meetings
We are currently not running face to face meetings. We are holding them over the phone. Please call us at any stage to discuss your requirements and go through any questions you have. If you are interested to see our fabric samples, please get in touch and we'll arrange to send some out to you.
Our Thoughts
We wish everyone to stay safe and look after each other, to work towards protecting those in need and remain resilient for the future. We want to send a special thanks to all the healthcare workers out there dealing with the crisis at the cold face.
Current website issue
There is currently a known issue with the Checkout Total not updating based on Shipping Option selected.
The issue also changes your preferred shipping choice to the top option automatically if you change any further info on the Checkout after you've made your choice.
Please ensure you have selected the Shipping Method you need as the last step prior to pressing the "Place Order" button.
The final amount (including your preferred shipping option) will be correct once payment is made.
We are busy working on a fix for this issue as a priority, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
